The cottage was nice overall, with a cozy vibe and traditional features. It was comfortable throughout our stay. We really liked that there were two outdoor seating areas, perfect for catching the morning and evening sun. Also, the location was great, close to amenities and beautiful walks in the area.
Parking was a bit of a hassle, especially when there was already a car parked adjacent to the designated parking area. It rained heavily when we arrived, and it took some time for the neighbor to move her car so we could park where we were supposed to.

This charming cottage offers a cozy and comfortable stay for families with children. Located just a short walk from the town center, guests can explore the nearby attractions, like the glass works and art galleries. The cottage itself is well-equipped with thoughtful touches, including dog-friendly amenities. The beautiful Bewerley Green right in front of the cottage is perfect for playing and enjoying the outdoors. Plus, the generous welcome hamper and helpful owners add to the overall positive experience.
One guest reported a lack of grip rail in the bath/shower, which may be inconvenient for elderly guests.

I loved how they sent me an email with all the property details, so I didn't have to go through the inconvenience of searching for it myself. And the free WiFi was just the cherry on top.
Oh, what a shame, there was no option for breakfast. But hey, who needs breakfast when the location is perfect?

Our recent stay at Lavender Cottage was absolutely wonderful. The moment we arrived, we were impressed by the ease of finding the cottage and the ample parking space available. The cottage itself is simply beautiful, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need, including thoughtful touches like doggy bowls and treats for our furry friend. The welcome hamper filled with delicious biscuits was a delightful surprise. We loved the proximity to a lovely 'green' area where our dog, Arthur, had a great time playing. The location of the cottage was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and we highly recommend visiting Fountains Abbey and Grassington. Thank you for such a fantastic experience.
The parking at the rear of the cottage was a bit tight, especially when another car was parked adjacent to the parking area. Additionally, the stairs leading to the top bedroom might pose a challenge for individuals with mobility issues.
